The NatWest Reward Account allows you to earn rewards from direct debits and spending at NatWest’s partner retailers.

Rewards can be exchanged for eGift cards or cashback, or you can choose to donate them to charity. This current account has a low monthly fee and gives account holders access to NatWest’s mobile banking app.

Fantastic

Reward Account - Monthly Rewards underpinned by a solid App

Have held a Natwest reward account for a number of years, as a primary account and I have been impressed overall with Natwest's phone & online banking Apps. The level of security is just about right, with additional safeguard's (facial recognition, App approval for transactions etc) added over time, but not too overburdening, that it makes tasks difficult, as have found in the past with Apps from other Financial companies. Phone Alerts help greatly with managing the account. Helps still having a local branch still open, the staff are always helpful and friendly. Only had one poor experience with Natwest in recent years, so the experience hasn't been entirely perfect (after visiting the branch to split the account, assured the overdraft facility would remain, only for it to be pulled a couple of weeks with a slightly threatening warning, wouldn't have felt so aggrieved if the letter was better worded and on reflection, it's always nice not to be indebted by any form of overdraft) but on the whole, have been very happy and impressed with Natwest overall. Good product good tech

NatWest seem to be constantly improving their products and platforms. Having been with both fintech/challenger and other traditional banks in past, their app and products are the best I’ve used. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Great Service

Efficient

Very good customer service for all banking queries eg blocked credit card pin. Banking app is superb for on the hoof payments, emergency cash withdrawal if left debit card at home for eg. Paperless options on statement. Savings tools. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

I thought it's good until I found out RBS

I have been using Natwest Reward cards (debit&credit) for years and it offered good value, until recently I found out RBS has similar product with better rewards...Since they are in the same group same online banking interface, I am thinking of switching now :( Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Absolutely Brilliant

Since changing from Barclays to NatWest, just over a year ago I’ve had £275 back in rewards, I’ve got a big overdraft limit, and have never had any issues since being with them! Would definitely recommend this bank to friends family or anyone. Fantastic! Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Great bank! Always helpful staff!

I have had a NatWest Reward account for many years, and the staff both in branch and online have always been friendly and helpful. I pay £2 a month and I earn rewards of at least £5 a month, sometimes much more depending on my spending. I have never had any complaints about the way my account is handled.
