The NatWest Reward Account allows you to earn rewards from direct debits and spending at NatWest’s partner retailers.

Rewards can be exchanged for eGift cards or cashback, or you can choose to donate them to charity. This current account has a low monthly fee and gives account holders access to NatWest’s mobile banking app.

Easy to use and feature rich

Mobile app is priceless

The reward Account and mobile app is great!

I got a phone call from a Customer Relationship manager to say that moving to a reward account would save me money. I changed and it has! By having direct debits I earn a bonus and I've saved £300 over the five years that I've had the account. It is very easy to track the payments monthly in the app and cheque pay in is fantastic. I am delighted with the fraud element in particular. I am very happy that I moved to NatWest. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

My main bank account

I've been using NatWest since I was old enough to have a bank account. Never let me down and they've got a loyal customer in me. Reviewed on: 13th January 2023

Reward account

Enjoy the easy to use app and the fact I earn rewards from paying bills by direct debit. Although it's not a huge amount of rewards,it does eventually help if left in to build up. I also like the roundup feature. Reviewed on: 10th January 2023

Best Banking advisor

I had a call from a Personal Banker called Amer Sadiq (Holloway Branch) who was so helpful in advising me on how to make the most of the accounts that I have. I have never received such helpful advice from a bank employee before. He really went the extra mile to explain the benefits of the reward account and reward credit which I am now using to make money back in benefits and on my grocery purchases. This is a great product and was delivered with the greatest customer service. So well done Natwest, and I highly commend Amer Sadiq. Reviewed on: 13th July 2022

NatWest Rewards is amazing

My experience at natwest bank

Natwest has changed so much. It is a pity about this. Having given natwest a great review in the past, I now find that most of the staff Don, t have a clue about customer service. Please natwest sort out the younger staff. Oh and not every one has smart phones. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2022
