The NatWest Reward Account allows you to earn rewards from direct debits and spending at NatWest’s partner retailers.

Rewards can be exchanged for eGift cards or cashback, or you can choose to donate them to charity. This current account has a low monthly fee and gives account holders access to NatWest’s mobile banking app.

Worst Bank with Appalling Service.

Been with this worst high street bank for a while.Worst Service when compared to other new banks in UK.Services are very traditional and outdated.Sales calls are horrendous and haunting if you are a Home owner to switch Mortgage to them without understanding the rationale why customer didn’t approach Natwest initially.Service has been from Bad to Worse.This could be evidenced from various social platforms people created to vent their frustrations. Efficient account that pays monthly rewards

I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient switching service when I moved to NatWest and about 4 months later enjoyed a financial bonus for switching & have watched my monthly financial rewards accumulate so I can use them for a treat or a special occasion or exchange them with one of the recommended companies to generate a little more cash back. Banking made easy

Natwest rewards account provides easy online banking as well as in branch services with friendly and helpful staff throughout the pandemic. I get rewards for spending on my credit card and logging into my banking app. The linked savings account means I can earn some interest for saving regularly. A good bank that is trustworthy and reliable as well as giving back to its customers. Reviewed on: 17th February 2021

Natwest has never let me down - I have been with them since 18 - and now I get paid to bank with them (ok, not much, but every little counts!!). Reviewed on: 19th September 2020

A great current account

Recently switched my current account to natwest reward, pay £2 monthly fee and receive cash back on my bills making the fee worthwhile. Switcher service made the transition seamless. Online application was quick and easy as is online banking in general with natwest. Due to receive £150 cash back this month for making the switch which will prove a wee boost to my savings. Have been in branch for the first time this week and found staff friendly and helpful. The only downside I can see is fairly restrictive local branch opening hours making banking in branch impossible to achieve around full time working hours. Reviewed on: 9th February 2020

Rewards slashed now so I'm thinking of moving

Rewards have been good so far, £50 odd in a year plus the £150 switching bonus I got. However, rewards are being capped now and although service has been faultless, there's more cash elsewhere to be made... Reviewed on: 9th February 2020
