The NatWest Reward Account allows you to earn rewards from direct debits and spending at NatWest’s partner retailers.

Rewards can be exchanged for eGift cards or cashback, or you can choose to donate them to charity. This current account has a low monthly fee and gives account holders access to NatWest’s mobile banking app.

Gives free money every month and the app is very good

Pays 5 pound a month for logging into the app and having 2 direct debits. App is very good, only have to visit a branch if I need to pay cash in Reviewed on: 6th April 2021

Good with customers

I switched over from HSBC and I had a wonderful experience with Natwest. Most of the services offered by them are hasstle free and self explanatory. Also, some of the services such as funancial health check is benefitial especially during covid times Reviewed on: 2nd April 2021

Solid bank

Rewards account is nice - bit of faff to transfer rewards into account but makes a few quid every month. App is solid and anytime I've had to call it's been quick and easy. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021

Im really happy

Good customer service

I made a mistake with my Date of Birth when applying for a new Reward Account. I went to my local branch and was helped to correct the problem. I now have two Reward accounts and find them easy to manage using a separate app on each of my iPhones. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021

Banking with ease and old fashion service

Remembering when you went to a bank for help , and waited to talk to someone , i have always found personal banking on line with Natwest was made so Simple even i could do it with ease , But the personal banker I have a face and voice at the end of the line . Complements the online assist nicely , good advice and helpful with Common sense good advice to improve my money working with changing to new accounts which benefit me . Thankyou !
