Remortgaging and borrowing more

We had fantastic service with Newbury. I had many conversations with Charlotte Hall and she would always go out of her way to help us and find the best offer for us to go for. Very impressed

We applied for a mortgage through our broker. From beginning to end the service was impeccable. Communications were clear and very prompt. We are so delighted we chose Newbury BS. Excellent service for our mortgage appplicatiom

Contacted Lisa at the Basingstoke branch, she was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and made our process go smoothly. Once application received at the mortgage centre, they were efficient and quickly resolved an incorrect item in the offer documents. The rest of the process went smoothly to completion. Fast, efficient and friendly

From our broker sending us the illustration to completion in just under a month was amazing. Our application was handled really efficiently and communication was excellent.
