First class service and wonderful caring support throughout.

Nothing was too much trouble. When staff promised to call back they did so when promised. Everyone we dealt with seemed intent on providing most caring thoughtful and patient support. Re-mortgaging made easy is my statement. Reviewed on: 27th November 2020

New to Newbury building society

Friendly staff, can't fault it. The only thing that ruined for me and the wife is the Tutting, and blowing of customers that came in behind us, otherwise it was alright. Reviewed on: 27th November 2020

Remortgage Experience

As a recently retired couple requiring to continue mortgaging for some while longer we anticipated that a RIO mortgage would be recommended by a new provider. Our previous provider was reluctant to continue our mortgage beyond my 70th. birthday. Newbury Building Society provided a mortgage plan entirely tailored to suit our requirements at a mortgage rate comparable to the best rates available at the moment. Brilliant customer service during the whole mortgage process

We recently took out a mortgage with NBS . The whole process was done remotely. All the staff involved were very professional and made the mortgage journey, during Covid, stress free from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend NBS. Reviewed on: 24th November 2020

excellent reliable service

thank you excellent service , all good except some confusion with the Newbury's departments !! i received a phone call asking why i was leaving the Newbury when i was actually only remortgaging ? there just seemed to be a bit of confusion between departments . received a very nice welcome pack to our new property , thank you. Great service
