Always the most helpful

We have been with Newbury since we had our first mortgage 15 years ago. Every time we need to remortgage, they offer us a completely brilliant and super competitive remortgage, so we’ve never changed. This time they’ve helped us port our mortgage over to a new property - zero hassle and one hundred percent helpfulness. Particular thanks to Kate who always guides us through our mortgage queries. Very easy to deal with, flexibility

Amazing customer service and care

We were first time buyers wanting to do a Shared Ownership purchase on a New Build property. As you can imagine not many mortgage companies would be keen to take that sort of mortgage on, but Newbury would. They gave us the chance to get on the ladder without any issues and were the best value quote out there. Any contact we have is always really easy and the staff are so friendly. We had a nightmare getting into out property (new builds always take longer than promised) and the best thing about our first week in our new home was the lovely hamper we recieved from Newbury! Such a wonderful touch and really reassured us that we went with the right company for us. A good company ways puts their customers first and it's little gestures like that which has encouraged me to recommend Newbury to anyone looking to get on the ladder. Great for first time buyers

Santander could touch your level of service .

Having been a Santander customer for 28 yrs and never missed a mortgage payment I thought it would be a dead cert for getting a mortgage on our new property -They were dreadful- down grading our mortgage 3x and excessive demands for self employed expenses . We instructed another mortgage advisor who went with Newbury -within 24 hours our mortgage was accepted and underwritten by a human being with common sense .
