Broker Focused

I'm a Mortgage Broker, based in Newbury, and Newbury Building Society are amazing at offering manual underwriting with a common sense approach to prospective clients. Great service and an excellent deal

We required a mortgage to cover a property that is a combination of living accommodation and holiday let. Very few lenders were interested in even letting us discuss our situation with them! Newbury were and made a fair proposal which we accepted. Furthermore, without prompting, 3 years on they contacted us to propose a better mortgage (lower payments) which we progressed.
