Clear and what we wanted

We have found dealing with Newbury to be very satisfactory. Their paperwork is clear and to the point, they are excellent when dealing over the phone and their products and customer service is first class! In the modern age where everything is geared around customer service but actually the service has little to do with what the customer needs or whats, Newbury are refreshingly open minded and to the point. Made a difficult process easy

They helped and supported me with a self-build project and believed in me and my project when others would not. The staff are all very polite and helpful and have provided fair and sensible flexibility around the product to suit my project - grateful for their help and I have a wonderful house now thanks to their support.
