Broker Focused

Great service and an excellent deal

We required a mortgage to cover a property that is a combination of living accommodation and holiday let. Very few lenders were interested in even letting us discuss our situation with them! Newbury were and made a fair proposal which we accepted. Furthermore, without prompting, 3 years on they contacted us to propose a better mortgage (lower payments) which we progressed. Good products, hassle free mortgage

The mortgage was very easy to set up, helpful staff gave a number of options, the paperwork was straightforward and easy to understand. When I have needed to contact the Building Society you immediately get through to a knowledgeable member of staff who can help, or a call is returned very quickly if the answer is not immediately available.
