Switching the mortgage into a new product

The whole process of switching our five year fixed rate mortgage into new mortgage was efficient and straightforward. Couple of days after phone consultation with Newbury Mortgage Adviser we received an Product Transfer Offer. The NBS Product Transfer Completion document was issued on exact day when previous mortgage ended. There was absolutely no hassle and/or hurdles during the whole process. We come back to The Newbury Building Society everytime our mortgage product needs to be renewed. Each renewal we research other providers but NBS always comes up with the best rates, their customer service is great and we feel reassured that our mortgage is safe with this organisation.
