Kaylie Tingle - Mortgage Advisor

Met over the telephone with Kaylie Tingle who ran through everything with us asking lots of security questions and questions relevant to our mortgage needs. She gave clear advice and guidance and explained how the Building Society could help us and continue working with us when our current product expired. Professional service. Excellent remortgage appointment with Luke Pummell

I had a remortgage appointment. Beforehand I was a little confused as to what the change would do and if it would impact negatively but I was reassured brilliantly by Luke Pummell. He was very clear, concise and make it clear in my head what my remortgage rate would be and the what the changes would mean for me. He gave excellent and informative advice and put me at ease. He was also very friendly and we had a good chat about the rugby happening that same day. He emailed me all the information and I am very satisfied with the service. Excellent all round! Applying for a mortgage in later life.

Helpful, informative and supportive. Initial telephone contact and telephone appointment to apply for mortgage clear, concise with a choice of options. Office staff at Wokingham helpful with forwarding paperwork. Altogether a painless process. Reviewed on: 12th November 2024
