renewing a mortgage

Great service from start to finish

I recently used Newbury Building Society for the first time, and I wanted to share my positive experience. The staff were both friendly and highly efficient, making the process smooth and hassle-free. I was particularly impressed with the Free Legals system you use. Made buying my first house relatively easy!

All the people I dealt with sorting out my 1st ever mortgage were very helpful especially Lauren who I dealt with the most. Very quick at replying to messages and one of the easiest companies I've dealt with in a while to get through to on the phone. Good mortgage rate too. Reviewed on: 6th December 2024

We were difficult!

We were difficult customers in the eyes of a bank, so it was refreshing to find a company who were willing to listen and treat our case on an individual basis. We had returned to the UK having lived in Europe for 24 years and were nearing pension. They approved our mortgage and were are very happy. Reviewed on: 6th December 2024
