Helpful, informative and supportive. Initial telephone contact and telephone appointment to apply for mortgage clear, concise with a choice of options. Office staff at Wokingham helpful with forwarding paperwork. Altogether a painless process. Reviewed on: 12th November 2024

Professional/Efficient/Retired friendly

A happy (older) customer!

As an older borrower, with a guaranteed pension(s) income, Newbury BS provided a service to me that other lenders did not, so thank you and well done for seeing the gap in this market.
