I have been with the Newbury for many years and they have consistently displayed amazing customer service, excellent advice, patience and kindness. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and when many other societies would not help, the Newbury did and excelled. When the computer in other institutions 'said no', the Newbury's said 'yes' ! Excellent Mortgage Lender
