excellent for later life mortgages I used to work in financial services and there is limited scope in this area.People need later life mortgages due to divorces and other circumstances. Reviewed on: 25th August 2024

Glad to be getting away!

I had a Buy to let mortgage with the Society which was originally at a good rate; the Truss madness resulted in this increasing by almost 300% I appreciate that this was not the Society‘s fault but there was no help at all when I started the selling process (with the tenants moved out) and I had to weather months of £1100 per month expenditure. The icing on the cake was £3500 of early repayment charges. I am simply glad to be getting away from NBS! Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

Retirement interest only mortgage

Easy to set up a phone interview and answered all my questions. Only issue I had was at application stage, as I wanted a retirement mortgage I had to book twice. Saying that all staff were polite and helpful. Reviewed on: 24th August 2024
