Re-mortgage

Newbury building society has approved the re-mortgage giving me more time in my current house without having to sell up, Good job done by Newbury, recommended. Reviewed on: 16th October 2023

Absolutely terrible and unclear from start to finish

Words can't describe how vague and convoluted Newbury were from start to finish. I was compelled to use them for my purchase or I would never have used them. Work with them on peril of losing your sanity. Reviewed on: 8th October 2023

Mortgage renewal

When approaching the mortgage renewal time, Newbury Building Society eased any stresses I had with the process and gave me a few options to best suit my financial situation. This was done in a professional way over the phone and followed up with and email with documentation. They offered time to consider the offer without adding any pressure to my decision. Polite but a little slow

I felt it took a little too long especially as you told my broker my paperwork would arrive the day after she chased it, only to find you had two customers with the same name! My paperwork arrived the day I left for a holiday delaying it by 2 weeks. Reviewed on: 25th September 2023
