Remortgage For Seniors

Easy mortgage change

Newbury Building Society excellent customer service.

Angela Bradshaw, the mortgage representative, Explained the process in a clear and concise manner. She was friendly yet professional. Excellent service and facility

On on completion day there were problems...

On completion day, additional documents were needed from our conveyancer although we received a welcome email the day before telling us everything was ready. Completion was delayed by 1.5 hours and it was a very stressful time. The sellers up the chain were threatening to charge us interest. Newbury need to make sure that everything is in place for the loan before completion day. This has knocked our confidence Reviewed on: 14th February 2025
