Re-Mortgage and Expiring Buy To Let mortgage.

We needed to remortgage our existing UK Buy to Let mortgage as it had come to end of term and the existing lender NatWest would not provide a new mortgage or extend the original one because we are now over 70 years old and live in USA. Via a broker we found Newbury who were willing to help and have products set up for this situation. Although Covid restrictions have been in place throughout our application process...Newbury staff were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole application, review, approval and completion process.....working with us, the Broker and Solicitors. Their products are easy to understand, very well suited to what we required and competitive rates. We will definitely use them again as the need arises. Reviewed on: 24th February 2021

Friendly and Efficient

Excellent Service!

5star building society

It has always been a dream to own my own home. NBS went that extra mile, and stretched as much as they could to provide me with a mortgage to buy my first home. Without their flexibility and hard work, a big shout out to Justine in the Wokingham branch, I wouldn't have been able to have done this, aged only 22! I am so so grateful for the mortgage, the clear information and communication that was provided during the application process and in the stages afterwards.
