Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

coming in brance to take out a bond

I had an appointment to take out a fixed rate bond. I arrived early but even so was seen immiatley by the Branch Manager Justine Ransom. She had all the necessary information to hand and took me through all the issues and m ade shire I I understood . She was pleasant, well informed and and made everything easy. .
