Just closed ALL of our accounts because os staff attitude.

The staff at Wokingham are awful. Their “customer care” skills are nonexistent. We were regularly made to feel uncomfortable and intimidated by the attitude, and lack of knowledge and ability. Not sure that they understand your systems. Training definitely required. Attitude is a problem. Reviewed on: 6th December 2023

Online Registration

Having Spent 15 minutes try to register my new account without success I have given up. Whilst I have entered my password & memorable which seemed to be accepted I was unable to complete the application as what ever way I tried to insert a hint word it wouldn't accept it , so I have given up . As i see I have 14 days to cancel my account if I cannot operate a online account app then there is no point in me having an account with you David G Jones [email protected] Reviewed on: 1st December 2023
