Excellent customer service

I had an appointment in your Didcot branch this week to open a new savings account. Cassie is an excellent ambassador for your building society - she was very personable, professional and clear. She provided me with thorough information and I felt relaxed and able to ask questions. In today’s society it was an unusually uplifting experience. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2023

New customer

I came in with someone who needed to sit, we lost our place in the queue 2 people went a head of us could a seat be placed by the window with a queue here spot ?. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023
