Very helpful assistant

I had not made an appointment to open a new account but the staff in Winchester could not have been more helpful. The account was opened within 15 minutes with no problems at all. Brilliantly service. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023

A demanding interview, as it has to be

Opening an account is a slow process these days, but Mrs. James did her best to keep things flowing in spite of a few interruptions. The interrogation was markedly less aggressive than the grilling I endured at Lloyds recently. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023

Opening a new account was so easy

We opened a new Senior Saver Account and it was so easy to do online. The interest rate is very good for an instant access account. I like having a branch nearby if I prefer to visit rather than use the online service. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023

Opening new account

Did this online, was a bit of a long drawn out procedure, took 2 or 3 weeks before I could pay money in, several phone calls, trip to local branch, but got there in end, was worth it for good interest rate ( senior saver) Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023

Great customer service

I've recently opened two savings accounts as a totally new customer and it was great to be able to speak to someone in person for advice and guidance. Other banks have directed me to "internet only" savings accounts. I like the personal touch. Reviewed on: 1st March 2023
