Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Fairly treatment, rates rise with BoE's rate promptly

Treating customers fairly and saving rates are increased shortly after BoE's increases its base rate. Much better than main banks. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Fantastic customer service

It is so lovely to be able to pop into a branch and be greeted by a friendly, helpful and very informative member of staff. Nothing is too much trouble and as a pensioner I have been guided to the best accounts for me and assistance kindly given with on line facilities etc. All very much appreciated.
