Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

The updated branch is extremely unsafe from a security point of view for both staff and customers, no safety for the desk staff and anyone can see my transactions through the window. Reviewed on: 31st December 2022

From a security point of view the measures in place are higher from a technical point of view than previously. We would be happy to talk this through with you in branch on your next visit.
