Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Loosening of rules around withdrawal of funds from savers account would be good, and childs account does not support online withdrawal. Reviewed on: 30th November 2022

No clear queue line, security of tills (too exposed) - waste of money, no improvements. Reviewed on: 30th November 2022
