Particularly during Covid the Building Society has kept its savers in touch and opened its Branches when allowed. Its staff have been very friendly and helpful during this difficult period. Reviewed on: 1st March 2022

Each time I visit a Branch of the Newbury Building Society the staff are so helpful and welcoming. It really does feel as though they have managed to strike the right balance between providing the local community a service that is second to none and still maintain an excellent business and professional approach.
