Great old fashioned personal service

I came to the Winchester branch to open a further account. The counter ladies were very professional, but not officious, warm and relaxed. They opened my account and said my passbook would be posted to me, I received it very quickly especially given the Christmas post. Why does it take 3 days to successfully open an account online, when you are already an existing customer? Definite room for improvement. No apology received either. Reviewed on: 22nd December 2021
