Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Opening of new existing members account

Having being a member for 13 months I was eligible to open a new existing members account. I did this online and despite being a pensioner, I found the whole experience to be very easy to do, the process was very professional, thorough and simple to follow and it was was completed with in few minutes. Easy to deal with except account opening was via paper and not wholly on-line
