Setting up new savings accounts in Basingstoke branch

The Newbury Head Office and Basingstoke teams have all been very helpful, friendly, approachable, informative and professional. Isobel managed our appointment to set up multiple accounts, and explained all aspects to ensure we were opening an account to suit our needs. We opened an account for my spouse and I, and our son who is under 16. Isobel answered all of our questions illustrating excellent knowledge of the available products, which enabled us to make an informed decision on the products suiting our needs. Our experience with Newbury BS has been exemplary and we will be a long term customer no doubt investing in further products with Newbury BS from hereon. Best Customer Care received for some time - regardless of category.

Had a lump sum which I wanted to place in an instant access account. Having checked around, Newbury B S offered one of the best interest rates. It was also the recommendation of some friends who had been customers of Newbury B.S. which was a major factor. I was genuinely surprised at the level of C Care from branch staff, the professionalism, friendliness and overall efficiency. Efficient & pleasant staff member

Called to open an account as a new member without making a prior appointment. Seen immediately by Will Simpson, who understood exactly what I wanted, sorted it all efficiently and didn't waste my time with information about products I wasn't interested in - I would happily deal with him should I have further need for information on this or future products. Follow-up paperwork to enable on-line transactions have been equally efficient & timely. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020
