Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

On-line reset

I was locked out of my online account, I called and spoke to a savings advisor who sent me emails to re-set all of my details. The process was quick and easy and I was back into my account in no time Reviewed on: 14th January 2020

Friendly and Local building society

Friendly and knowledgeable staff were very helpful in setting up new savings accounts for myself and my fiance. They kept the branch open so that we could complete our details and open our new accounts. Very different to other banks we've been with. Taken with very good rates we highly recommend. Clear and precise information

Booked for appointment to open a new account. On arrival met by young lady who explained about the account and asked in turn certain information from us. The whole exercise took about 20 minutes. Reviewed on: 12th January 2020
