Trustworthy

I have been with the Newbury for many, many years & trust them implicitly. I recently had a large sum to invest & the staff were very helpful in advising me of the best options I had. Mortgage providers for all.

We have a grade two listed cottage and are also over 65. The Newbury were fantastic in providing us with our mortgage allowing us to purchase our dream property. Reviewed on: 7th January 2020

Brilliant accessible company

Looks A Good Choice

Should have done this earlier. The member of staff that dealt with myself and wife was very knowledgeable and the process of opening an account was swift and easy. Don't delay do it to-day. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Charging accounts

Caroline was brilliant. She had everything ready for me on saving accounts and which ones are the best suited to me. She filled in the forms and did very thing for me. Because she knew what I wanted before hand and knows my situation she catered for my every need. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

A very satisfactory outcome.

We are new customers. Alice Champion opened a new account with a minimum of fuss, but without hurrying or cutting corners. Being from 'financial backgrounds' we understood the process and compliance issues to be dealt with, and she handled all these in a methodical and efficient manner. A pleasant experience overall.
