Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Rarity nowadays

Quality Service

In this age of automation its refreshing to be able to discuss option face to face with a person. The staff in Andover seemed to especially skilled at listening and engaging with customer. Other larger more robotic financial institution should take notice. Reviewed on: 15th November 2019
