Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Great Personal Service

I am very happy with Newbury Building Society as they always update me with relevant information about how I can maximise my savings in a professional , helpful way. I also like the little touches like the photographic competition which culminates in a beautifully produced calendar every year which is made fairly available to all their customers. It is also reassuring to know that they have plenty of local branches, so that I can pop in anytime I want to update my accounts and combined with the convenience of internet banking, this adds up to a highly regarded service. The Newbury Building Society staff in the Wokingham branch are one of the most professional and customer friendly group I have had the pleasure to deal with. Service and Rates

The Newbury BS give great local service. The staff are very efficient and friendly and it's great to have that on the doorstep. They also have some great savings rates which are better than most in the market, albeit for a restricted savings value. Reviewed on: 4th January 2018
