Failed to call me back despite water leaking from ceiling

I'm not sure what more i can do to chase the customer service team / claims team up - but they simply don't seem to care about my claim. I've now had to pay outside of my policy to have this fixed. Reviewed on: 5th July 2017

Settled quickly and easily

Our caravan was stolen from a secure site. The people we spoke to when making the claim could not have been more helpful. They were friendly and gave great advice. They settled with in 14 days of the incident. Fantastic service. Reviewed on: 5th May 2017

Best Company to insure an old property

When we moved into our current property which is a Victorian Grade 2 listed building we had a nightmare finding a company to insure us. Several said no,;others wanted us to have tree surveys and large amounts of work done before they would agree.
