JA7 help to reduce my car insurance cost

Absolute joke, legalised thieves

Waited until the 14 day cooling off period ended to tell me they were increasing my premium and charging me a £40 admin fee for incorrect details when applying but still haven’t told me what the incorrect details are. This company is an absolute joke and nothing but thieves. Do your self a favour and steer clear, I hope my review costs them a fortune in lost sales. Customer service is appalling and they say it’s the insurers fault as they are just a broker but it’s them causing all the issues and not the insurers. God help anyone if you need to make a claim, happy to take your money but don’t want to know when you need to complain Reviewed on: 4th August 2024
