Poor customer service in dealing with my claim.

Poor customer service I dealing with my claim. I had to constantly chase and deal with 3rd pasties over a period of 6 weeks, during a time of enough stress as my vehicle wasn’t roadworthy. Lodged a complaint and was dismissed without taking all facts into consideration as closed complaints when things were sorted without my permission.
