never use, they charge you for a phone call ?

they claim I made a phone call to my previous insurance company 4 years ago, I didn't make a claim it was just an enquiry, I forget I made the call as it wasn't important and this lot charge me an extra £ 15 ! , villains, they worked out more expensive than other quotes, I cant wait my policy to end as I will gladly go elsewhere !!
