Fab insurance for great value

When shopping around for great value home insurance their seem to be no other choice for value or cover happy with our choice Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Good value doesn't have to mean poor customer support!

I'l be honest, I would say the true test of insurance companies is when you have to make a claim, and as yet thankfully I haven't! What I will say though is that as well as having the best value policies I've come across in recent times, they've also been fantastic for me in other ways. I've had to contact them for two anomalies with my account/policies (neither were faults on their part) and each time they have fully understood my issue and sorted them in double quick time, which surprised me if I'm honest. I will say so far so good, hence 4 stars and 9 stars - nothing wrong but having not claimed, I don't feel I can give full stars across the board just yet. First time renter - quality service throughout

As a first time renter I had no idea where to look when it came to contents insurance, when I found One Call they made everything simple, easy, accessible and above all cheap. Everything is expensive when doing things for your first home but to have the protection of my contents is another weight off of my mind. They remind me when the payment is due to be debited and they are 5* in every way! Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
