5-Star Insurer

Have had my home insurance with One Call for over 10 years now and, wouldn't even think of changing. Renewal price is always competitive whilst increasing cover year on year and, thankfully I've never had to claim but, I have no doubt that service would be excellent if I did!! Best Ever

I have exactly the cover I required with no fuss at all. The documentation arrived promptly with everything explained if I need to make a claim at any time. The company didn't keep sending unwanted emails as many others do. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Disappointing

Policy was purchased from OneCall and payments made to them but when we wanted to make a claim we were told we had to contact a different company, which proved difficult and very inconvenient. Also the emergency repair cover wasn’t worth having as the job (a few lifted roof tiles) was ‘too big’ Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
