Pleasantly surprised

As one who switches often on comparison sites i was a little unsure about One Call. However, I needed to put a claim in. The first time in about 20 years. I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and nice way it was handled. In a matter of days my bank had the payment for the claim. One less worry for an elderly housebound widower.
