Very competitive and excellentValue for money

Renewed home and contents insurance as offered very competitive rates when compared against other insurance companies. I also took out car insurance on 2 cars , again far superior rates from my existing and other provider quotes. Good web site and easy to contact should the need arise. Very satisfied customer. Claims process a shambles

Little claim put in months ago for the first time in years.The claims process is long winded and absolutely rubbish.They don’t respond to emails for 2 weeks or more.Their claim line never gets answered and despite giving them the benefit of the doubt and 2 different bank statements with account no for payment,I’m still awaiting validation due to them saying nothing bank accounts are not correct and flags are raised.As soon as my claim is complete I will be moving my policy to another company.I wouldn’t really recommend onecall and maybe better to spend a few £ more to have a real insurance company.Pathetic Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

An Insurance Broker That You Can Trust

Having found One Call Insurance last year, I took Home Insurance and House Insurance, both offered at very competitive prices. Unfortunately, we had a small house fire, thankfully contained by the Surrey Fire & Rescue Service.
