Using PayPal has been mostly smooth and convenient. It’s one of those platforms that makes online shopping feel quick and secure, especially when you don’t want to type in card details every time. Payments go through instantly, and most websites accept it, which saves time. When something goes wrong with an order, PayPal usually steps in and resolves it fairly. PayPal is my first choice to buy goods and services.

I like the buy in 3 installments for small items and buy over 4 months free for expensive items ideal. We recently purchased a £900 shed spread the payments over 4 months, no interest. The only negative I have is that I can't get a virtual credit card because PayPal doesn't recognise me, strange because I've had an account for several years with no problems. PayPal don't understand either and as yet haven't resolved the issue. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
