Safe , secure ,way to pay

Only had one complaint with goods I received and this was settled promptly by PayPal through the supplier Always use PayPal when buying on line and never had a problem Such an easy system to use to use different cards and addresses and I don’t have to tell different suppliers my card details which I regard as as a secure and safe way to pay for goods Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

Unhappy Customer

I used PayPal credit and PayPal pay in 3 for a few years, it was great and provided an excellent way of splitting payments without taking on additional credit and interest. I went to use it regularly to find the service had been removed from me and my pay in 3 application rejected. That was the first time this had ever happened and has left a sour taste in my mouth as I’d never missed payments, sometimes 100s each month but did miss one DD payment which was a failure on paypals side not mine and now I’m being penalised for it. As soon as my PayPal credit balance is cleared I will be closing it down and never ysing PayPal again, which is a shame as they have been excellent for years but don’t find them to value customers anymore. Buyer Protection Fee issues

Paypal removed fees for private sellers, but added Buyer Protection Fees. Was there not already eBay support for buyers? I've used it (though it's not an easy process). So how does the Buyer Protection Fee improve the buyer's experience? Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
