I have had good and bad experiences with PayPal enou...

I have had good and bad experiences with PayPal enough to make me decide to stop using PayPal altogether especially because of bad customer services and not reading comments on disputes and making judgement in favour of rogue companies. PayPal improved a bit over time in those regards, the part I would really like to see improvement in is the option to pay per plan, this option needs to be introduced in addition to the exiting payment style let customers decided how they pay off their balance especially those with 4 months payment plan. Why I prefer PayPal

Find it way easier than Revolut to send and receive payments. Love pay in 3 option and rarely have issues but one occurrence I did with a payment was resolved easy through customer service by telephone Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Wrong items delivered

I had a problem with a delivery that was delivered this morning. I rang PayPal and within speaking to my 1st person, she put me through to the right person. They got straight onto the email to the company and I just have to wait. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
