PayPal is a lifesaver...

PayPal is a lifesaver, but honestly, very difficult to get through to customer services at times. I also had to cancel a transaction and re-purchase a product, which was extremely frustrating because I had to wait so long, to see the reflection of a transaction, then make the purchase again... Live transaction updates would be a fantastic upgrade to the system and a real game changer. PayPal rewards would be a great thing to have easily available on email too, (snapshots) of discounted items or products you can purchase would also be more attractive to any new customer.
