The guarantee cover is not as good as chargeback

The guarantee cover is not really as good as chargeback would be. They expect you to prove there was an issue in one case asking for an engineers report on a wine fridge that was misdescribed on a website and not actually faulty. I have no confidence they will ever pay out on the cover if there is an issue with a retailer. Reviewed on: 28th May 2025
