It's a good option for paying longer for more expensive things. The only down side is that once you are late on payments or do not clear the balance regularly, you are refused the pay in 3 option which sometimes I think is a lot better in terms of managing the payments. Using PayPal for my online payments has given me peace of mind. I use it for virtually all my transactions because I know I'm protected every step of the way.
