Amazing customer services

I recently had reason to contact the customer services team regarding a purchase, that was not delivered as shown on the tracking site. A dispute was raised to recall and refund my payment. I've been really happy with PayPal Credit.

I've been really happy with PayPal Credit. The thing I value most is how easy it makes budgeting. I can spread the cost of bigger purchases and the Pay in 3 option breaks them into manageable, predictable payments, so a larger buy never throws my month off balance. The flexibility to choose how I repay has been genuinely useful. It's seamless at checkout too. Because it's tied to my PayPal account, paying is just a couple of taps with no re-entering card details, which makes online shopping quick and hassle-free. I've also taken advantage of the 0% promotional financing on a couple of larger items, which let me get what I needed without paying interest as long as I cleared the balance in the promo window. Managing everything through the PayPal app is a real plus. I can see exactly what I've spent, what's coming up, and when payments are due all in one place, which keeps me on top of my finances and makes tracking spending effortless. Honestly, I haven't run into any real downsides. As long as you stay on top of your repayments, it's a flexible, convenient and easy-to-use way to manage spending. Would recommend. I have not experienced any problems

I have had to mark customer service as good because I have not had any experience of using customer service but neutral seems a negative mark. I would recommend adding a box stating 'no experience'. Easy to set up, easy to use and feels like a secure site. Reviewed on: 16th June 2026
