I had a query once regarding my pay pal finance and the repayment not going out. I was helped by a lovely lady - who ensure my payment was received and I wasn’t charged for a missed payment due to an error with my bank. PayPal has been good except on one occasion when I wanted to change my name as I had to send proof only to find I couldn’t send everything because of the system they use, as you only had to send a certain percentage of paperwork so I wasn’t able to finish sending everything as I was limited to what I could scan and send which led to nothing.
