Poor service. Avoid.

I get fined for missing a payment. Why don't they remind me the day I need to make the payment (or the day before). I have contacted them about this but no reply. I guess they don't as it would affect their bottom line. Reviewed on: 27th May 2026

I have been a PayPal customer for over 20 years. The most important thing about using PayPal is their customer service, and their ability to challenge transactions. If you ever have an issue when buying online, including fraudulent or fake items, or packages not arriving, PayPal will work hard to try and get your money back. Reviewed on: 27th May 2026
