Every time I have had to contact customer service there has always been very short wait times to speak with a real person. All the agents I have spoken with have been exceptionally polite and helpful. I am enjoying using PayPal + and find the rewards of using the PayPal debit card for my purchases to be a real added bonus. Particularly when life is generally getting extremely expensive.
