The experience has been generally smooth. Customer service experience is great and can be reached out to at almost any time and response rate is quite fast. Paypal credit has helped us out when our hoover had broken and we got a better hoover on a pay monthly 0% interest deal - rather than buy a cheap hoover that would break quickly! customer service could be better but you can’t have it all Reviewed on: 28th May 2025

I have always used PayPal when shopping

I have always used PayPal when shopping online and PayPal Credit was very useful when I was in college, it helped me manage payments on school books and equipment and overall gave me peace of mind knowing I am paying over a short period of time, I now use it for some big purchases, with the cost of living ever increasing it’s a nice little pot that can be used when I need it, I have never had a negative experience with the credit feature and the credit support team, PayPal seem to be the leading payment option and for great reason, they protect the buyer Reviewed on: 28th May 2025
